Directions
- Blend the soaked and drained cashews with water in a blender until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped veggie sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
