Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, sugar, salt, and cornstarch to make the fajita seasoning.
- Cut the onions and bell peppers into ¼ to ½ inch wide strips and place them in a large 9×13 inch casserole dish. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the dish.
