  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, sugar, salt, and cornstarch to make the fajita seasoning.
  2. Cut the onions and bell peppers into ¼ to ½ inch wide strips and place them in a large 9×13 inch casserole dish. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the dish.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning over the meat and vegetables. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss until well coated. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Squeeze lime juice over the top after baking.
  4. Fill each tortilla with a portion of the meat and vegetables. Top with sour cream and serve.
