Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion softens, about 5 minutes.
- Add scallions and chopped green bell pepper to the pan, sauté for another 5 minutes, then set the mixture aside.
- In the same pan, brown the ground turkey until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
- Mix in the onion, garlic, and green pepper mixture, along with the diced tomatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
