Honey 3 tbsp or 63g
Rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp or 30g
Flaxseed oil 2 tsp or 9g
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and position racks in the lower and upper thirds.
- Drain the tofu and gently squeeze out excess water. Slice into 1-inch slabs, sandwich between towels, and place a heavy object on top to press.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Toss with half of the olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet, cut side down. Sprinkle with salt.
