  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in the pasta sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions until just shy of al dente. Drain well.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and spreadable.
  5. Layer half of the cooked pasta in the prepared baking dish, followed by half of the turkey sauce. Dollop and spread the cream cheese mixture over the sauce, then add the remaining pasta and the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes, until heated through and bubbling. Uncover for the last 10–15 minutes to melt and lightly brown the cheese. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
