  1. Warm the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring, until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add the ground turkey and minced garlic; season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat, until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, then add the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves and top as desired with crumbled cheese, diced avocado and tomato, cilantro, a little of the reserved onion, and sour cream.
