Using a resealable container, add the milk, blueberries, chia seeds and honey. Stir ingredients to incorporate. Place lid on container, and refrigerate for 15 minutes and enjoy right away or refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Just before eating, chop almonds and add to the pudding.

Easy Teriyaki Chops
In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic powder. Place chops in dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Grill steaks 5 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Bev's Sauteed Yellow Squash
Dice onions and slice squash.
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and cook just till tender.
Add yellow squash and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring until squash begins to soften.
Cover and continue cooking over low heat until nice and tender (usually about 20-25 minutes).
I add lots of salt and pepper.
